Delete your account

In the app (fastest)
Open Episodfy → Settings → Delete account. Confirm the prompt. Access ends immediately. Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. To restore within that window, email [email protected].
Request by web form
If you cannot use the app, submit the form below. We process web requests within a few business days. Use the email address linked to your Episodfy account (Google, Apple, or email sign-in).
Request received
We’ll process your deletion within a few business days and send a confirmation to your inbox. You can also delete immediately in the app: Settings → Delete account.
What happens after deletion
- Your account is disabled and you are signed out.
- Your public profile is hidden (shown as “Deleted User”).
- Profile data, media, friends, and series membership are retained for 30 days in case you want to restore.
- After 30 days, remaining data and media are permanently purged. Restore is then impossible.
- Cancel any app subscriptions separately in Google Play or the App Store; deleting the account does not always cancel billing on its own.
